With our refurbished product the engine will be fully stripped; the block checked for size and rebored OR honed, new pistons with rings OR new set of standard rings, crank polished OR reground and polished if required, new set of bearing fitted, timing chain kit, and oil pump overhauled, the cylinder head is pressure tested, de-carbonated in acid, skimmed, valve re-faced and seats are cut, seated, lapped in and vac tested.

Our engines will take approximately 5-7 working days from the order confirmation to build up and for us to supply and fit an engine it would take approximately 10 working days, subject to the availability of parts. We have the in-house knowledge and equipment necessary to see that it is done quickly and with precision. All our engines come with an in house 12 months OR 12,000 miles warranty whichever comes first-SUBJECT TO OUR CONDITIONS.
